Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
